Trinity’s Comfort Stitchers Ministry Serves the Community

Our members have been busy with their hands and needles, and are prepared to deliver over 100 washcloths to Water Street Mission in the coming months. They have also created over a dozen Warm-Up American blankets that will be distributed to those who are experiencing homelessness in neighboring communities.

Currently the group is working on scarves and hats for their annual Scarf-Bombing project that will take place in January at the Mount Joy town clock. If you would like to donate gloves or mittens for this project, simply drop them off in the church office.

Trinity Comfort Stitchers gather on the first Monday of every month at 6:00pm to knit or crochet a variety of projects. New members are always welcome! Yarn, supplies and lessons to get you started are available too! Join them at any time or contact Elayne Olson with any questions.
