Trinity’s Annual Clothing Give-Away and Meal is approaching. This event is meaningful to many in very different ways and cannot be possible without your help!
1) Begin to gather clothing donations and mark bags by gender and size. The storage POD will be delivered the first week of January 2020 and will receive clothing through January 22nd.
2) Consider sharing your time as your schedule permits for the “clothing sorting” events. Your help is very important!
Sorting will begin during BOLD time on Wednesday, January 22nd. Adults are needed here too!
On Thursday, January 23rd the sorting will continue from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm and at 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Come and help as your schedule permits.
Friday morning we will finish prepping from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon.
3) Sign-up at the Outreach Board to indicate how and where you would like to serve on January 25th for the main event. See Elayne Olson with any questions.
The doors will open to the public at 9:00 am with volunteers arriving at 8:30 am. Trinity’s Fellowship Committee will provide a meal. They will begin serving when it is ready and go until 12:30 pm or until the food is gone. The doors will close and 12:30 pm and the clean-up crew will begin their part.
