**Event Postponed – Watch For Update** (3/13/20)
Join us on Saturday, March 21st for our 6th Annual Spring Women’s Event. $10.00/pp plus donation*. See description below and pay by March 15th. All women are welcome to attend, ages 13+. Bring a friend, sister, neighbor, mom, etc. A sign-up sheet is in the back of the church and on Group Ministry board in main hallway. Contact Jessica Good with any questions.
Schedule of events:
9:30-9:50: Coffee/tea, light morning snack, fellowship
9:50: Greetings/introductions, prayer
10:00-12:00 Morning Activity: Elva’s Chalk Talk.
Following Elva’s presentation, she will show us the steps for us to create our own chalk pastel project to take home.
12:00-1:00 Healthy lunch/fellowship/secret sister reveal
1:00-2:00 Afternoon Activity: Elva’s cousin, Arlene Leinbach, will be doing an Herb Talk with us. She will share a lot of fun facts about herbs, their benefits to our bodies and the different uses of various herbs. We will sample some herbal snacks and beverages that may include sourdough bread, herb butter, and herbal lemonade. We will go home with a few recipes as well.
*Donations of all size gently used or new bras for women of all ages will be collected for ISTG ( I Support the Girls, organization helping women experiencing homelessness and poverty.) They also accept sealed menstrual hygiene products of any size or brand with the biggest need being overnight maxis with wings.
